We are a well-established (26+yrs), family owned and operated Designer Glass & Door company, looking for someone AMAZING to grow with our company! We are growing rapidly and are in need of another Design Consultant join our team. To be successful in this role, you should be dependable, well-organized, have a natural ability to sell, be a people person, and have an upbeat and easy-going personality. This position will be Tuesday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 10am-2pm. Candidate will be in our Naples showroom the majority of the time, but must be willing to drive to our Ft. Myers location and perform in-home sales appointments when needed. Pay will be 100% commission with minimum draw allowance - training pay will be provided.

MAIN ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Assist clients with sales & selections inside our showroom as well as in-home appointments.
• Meet monthly and annual revenue goals
• Keep showroom stocked and clean
• Attend sales & product knowledge trainings

FUNCTIONS WILL INCLUDE:

• Sales & selections with clients in our showroom
• Answering phones
• Preparing quotes and invoices in a timely fashion
• Working with vendors
• Keep good notes/records in our customer database
• Provide exceptional customer Service and followup

THE PERFECT PERSON FOR THIS ROLE IS ....
