Salary: $150-175K Base // Benefits Package // 5% Bonus on New Business Referrals // Profit Sharing

Position Overview: As Solution Architect, you’ll work as a senior member of our team and play a key role in building and developing our Salesforce Practice. This role requires confidence, self-discipline, and drive. A Solution Architect will design solutions, conduct training, manage timelines, budget and deliverables to ensure successful client delivery. When not actively involved with client activities, the Solution Architect will assist with pre-sales activities, facilitate internal training, and team development.

Required Certifications:

• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Platform Developer I
• Sales Cloud Consultant Certification
• Service Cloud Consultant Certification
• Salesforce Data Architect or Salesforce Integration Architect

Additional Preferred Certification(s)

• Additional Salesforce Architect Certifications
• Non Profit Cloud Consultant

Required Qualifications:

• Multiple Salesforce Certifications and 7+ years’ experience in Salesforce ecosystem
• Must be eligible to work in US without employer sponsorship, at the time of hire and in the future.

Perferred Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in professional business consulting environments or leading internal Salesforce teams at a Salesforce Customer
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing and delivering multiple projects
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of professional experience in a relevant field
• Available for up to 10% travel
