Our company is a rapidly expanding security guard provider in the United States. We are currently seeking a Scheduling Coordinator located in the Orlando, FL area. You may be asked to travel out-of-state to support other branches of the company if necessary. This position reports directly to our Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising confirmation of weekly times work
• Coordinate receipt and entry of weekly vendor schedules
• Responding to last minute coverage request for clients
• Coordinating daily check-in of day and overnight security officers to their post
• Tagging security officer shifts daily to properly generate lateness reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited, 4-year university
• 5 years of prior experience working in the private security industry or administrative management
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time well on tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of professionalism
• Strong presentation skills
• Team-player and ability to build relationships well across the organization
• Ability to travel for extended periods of time on short notice
