Tuttle Creek Management LLC is a Business Management Services firm located in Northern New York. Centered around the Construction and Services industry, we provide our customers with professional Accounting, Payroll, HR Management Services, Cost Reporting, Engineering, Estimating and Safety Management Services.

Tuttle Creek Management, LLC currently seeking a friendly, resourceful Senior HR Generalist for our small but busy construction-based management office. This is a full-time position. Compensation is competitive and dependent upon experience. We are seeking someone who can begin immediately, with the experience and proficiency necessary to hit the ground running. We are seeking a highly motivated, positive thinking Human Resources Generalist with a courteous and professional attitude. The ideal candidate for this position will demonstrate solid customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail in a fast-paced office environment. The HR Generalist will be responsible for prioritizing work and completing assignments accurately and in a timely manner. Potential for promotions.

Qualified candidate will have the following attributes:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a human resource setting with basic knowledge of DOL, Benefits Administration, as well as Payroll Administration.
  • 1 year experience in accounting a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work at hand in an efficient manner; may have multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Ability to take direction and take initiative when appropriate.
  • Willingness to work as a team player.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, remains open to others' ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things.

Responsibilities to include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with data entry and general clerical duties.
  • Supporting HR Manager and Director, Controller and staff with tasks as needed.
  • Maintaining an organized filing system.
  • Drafting emails, contracts and letters with impeccable spelling and grammar.
  • Answering calls from employees and owners.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years HR Generalist experience.
  • Strong computer proficiency and typing skills.
  • Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to be flexible and help out where needed.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or related field of study preferred.
  • Associates Degree in Human Resources a must.
  • SHRM Certification a plus
