Barner & Barner, P.A., an AV-rated Boutique litigation firm in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, is seeking an experienced attorney to support and handle estate, trust, and guardianship litigation cases.

Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of probate litigation experience and strong academic credentials. Applicants should have exemplary research and writing skills and be willing to work with other attorneys in a support role as well as handle their own cases (with support and oversight). Candidate should have experience attending and participating in trials, hearings, depositions, and mediations; appellate experience a plus. Experienced litigators without probate litigation experience will be considered.

Benefits include fully paid health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K with 5% matching, and mentoring/career development. Pay commensurate with experience (range between $100,000 to $200,000 per year). Must be willing to work on-site.
