Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As our Service Product Manager, you will be responsible for the execution and management of the overall service concept, supporting material, and pricing during new product development. You will work closely with the R&D project team by providing service requirements, serviceability input, verification and validation testing of both hardware and software. You will also provide the complete service launch package and training to equip all service organizations with the necessary skills, material, and tooling to provide high quality service to our customers around the world. What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelors degree in chemistry or engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management in a service capacity or in technical support.
• Must live near Columbia, MD, to work in the office full time.
