Job Description :

We are looking for a driven Social Media & Reputation Specialist to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and network users. The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap. Social media specialists should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

Skills

  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Need to be able to think outside the box and come up with creative content that will capture your audience's attention. Remember, social media is all about being visual. So, if you're not a creative person, this may not be the job for you.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
  • Fluency in English, Spanish a plus
  • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations Preferred but not required.

Social Media Management

  • Gaining Access. Gain management access to all social profiles we will be managing.
  • Regular Posting. Post regularly on social media platforms on behalf of our customers.
  • Social Calendar Creation. Create calendars for the social accounts 2-4 weeks in advance.
  • Responding to Customers. Respond to customer activity on all social profiles that we manage in a timely manner.
  • Client Communication. Communicate with clients in setup and for possible help with responses to users on their social media platforms.

Reputation Management

  • Gaining Access. We will need to gain access to all logins for reputation management customers.
  • Responding to Reviews. We will need to respond on behalf of our customers to both positive and negative reviews left on a variety of platforms.
  • Update Social Media with Activity. We will update social media accounts with the positive reviews that our customers are given.
  • Client Communication. Communication with customers will be required to gain access as well as to occasionally gain feedback on how to respond to difficult or questionable reviews posted online.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
