Job Title: The Upcycle Company, Site Manager

Location: Primarily Russellville, AR (with some travel required at onset of employment and as needed to other Upcycle Facilities)

Job Type: Full-Time

Details: The Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of The Upcycle Company’s processing plant located in Russellville, Arkansas.

The Site Manager will be responsible for:

• Full involvement in the initial construction and startup of Upcycle’s processing plant.
• Operational functions
• Daily reporting, record keeping and maintenance procedures.
• Hiring/training/supervising new staff as they are needed including schedule coordination.
• Variable weekend / after hours availability.

To be considered for this position, the following skills will be essential:

• Experience leading a mechanical/industrial construction project
• Experience in repairing and/or maintaining mechanical equipment
• Experience with PLC or other automated controls
• Experience operating equipment
• Equipment involving water flow/other media (including pumps, valves, piping, steaming and/or centrifuge) experience a plus.
• Experience in production/processing/manufacturing (within food and beverage processing a plus)
• Experience operating a forklift a plus
• Dedicated, reliable worker with strong references and work history
• Quick learner with good communication and problem solving skills
• Candidate must be able to perform moderate physical activities, including but not limited to climbing, lifting, pushing and carrying.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary commensurate with experience
• There will be a 60-day Evaluation Period, where either party (The Upcycle Company or Employee) may choose to terminate employment for any reason
• This is a full-time position

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
