We are looking for an ambitious marketing specialist to be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of our marketing strategy. You will focus on creating, implementing, tracking and optimizing our digital and traditional marketing campaigns across the various marketing channels, to increase relationship connections with Register Investment Advisors, Financial Professionals and their prospective and existing clienteles. The role is crucial to help expand brand awareness in support of business productivity through marketing and creative production support for partner goals.

To be successful as a marketing specialist, you must be highly self-motivated, proactive, and have a working knowledge of current marketing tools and strategies in order to execute successful marketing campaigns.

• Work alongside a dynamic team of professionals to help develop, deploy, produce and implement branded print and digital marketing materials with the purpose of increasing brand awareness.
• Conduct market research to establish customer trends and habits.
• Establish goals and objectives to reach our customers through appropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional).
• Build and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers through prospecting and networking.
• Create marketing materials for our website and other marketing platforms.
• Support the marketing team with marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas, including optimization, advertising, social media, direct marketing, and event planning.
• Assisting with the analyses of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Perform other duties when needed

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge expected of a creative content marketing developer and production specialist
• Exceptional technical knowledge expected of a proficient copywriter
• Social media content production and management support
• Email communications and campaign content program management
• Digital content reporting and analytics (email, events, web and social)
• Advance knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Primarily InDesign, Photoshop, Premier and Illustrator)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34,431.00 - $55,000.00 per year
