At Enovation Controls, our software platforms power ruggedized displays that are deployed to tow sport boats, watercraft, off-road vehicles, motorcycles, and other vehicle, vessel, equipment applications. The display application solutions vary broadly based on our OEM customers' application and the customized end-user / driver / rider experience being created, but will often include infotainment, connectivity, and control.

We're hiring Software Developers / Engineers to join our Custom Software Applications Team. Immerse yourself in a unique, collaborative, and creative environment where you can utilize your Software Development expertise and our in-house products in support of our customers’ in-vehicle / application specific HMI integration and software solutions that are highly focused on the end-user’s experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Designers, Developers, and other product Engineering team members to plan, create, and deploy customized application software solutions
• Participate in a team of Application and Embedded developers to create application software solutions that deliver rich front-end user interfaces, system / vehicle specific communication, and an engaging end-user experience
• Work with platform engineers to integrate software and hardware features
• Work with software test and system engineers to diagnose and maintain quality software solutions

Requirements

• Certification and/or Bootcamp in Software Development, Programming, or Coding
• Bachelor's degree in Science related field OR equivalent work experience
• Experience developing application software with Qt / Crank Storyboard or similar GUI development frameworks
• Experience with C / C++ / C# or similar programming languages in support of application and user layer software development
• Must have a high attention to detail and usability
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose problems using sound debugging techniques
• Ability to quickly learn new software toolchains, frameworks, and languages

Nice to Have

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum Software Development team
• Experience with engine and vehicle communication protocols (CAN) is a plus
• Experience working with and interfacing with QNX- and Linux-based software platforms
