SOFTWARE TEST ENGINEER – Video Games PILOT LICENSE REQUIRED

At Experis Game Solutions, we partner with developers and publishers of video games on all platforms to improve testing coverage using the latest technology. With more than 12 years of QA partnerships, we believe in testing smart and gaming hard!! We are looking for a Software Test Engineer that has a private pilot license to join our growing team and assist with Flight Sim games.

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to the following:

• Creation and maintenance of automation scripts

• Performing both black box and white box testing, and constructing scripted test cases

• Creating and execute test plans and test cases

• Will work in an embedded collaborative environment with development and other QA teams

• Familiarity with sprint planning in an Agile environment

• Involved in root cause analysis, risk mitigation and various other review processes

• Manages workflow using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, TestRail

• Demonstrates a solid understanding of test requirements (Acceptance/Exit Criteria)

• Demonstrated experience with Windows/Office programs, and performing simple administration tasks

• Assists in testing automation and tools developed in support of games

• Must have demonstrated superior testing and project management skills through production of world class products

• Must have the ability to solve difficult problems solo and with others

• Demonstrated high level of accountability and personal responsibility leading to the success of projects required

• Bonus skills would include knowledge or experience with; unit testing or load testing frameworks, Perforce, and network sniffers/analyzers

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred
