Job Summary and Qualifications

In this role you will serve as a support resource in the coordination of HR data compilation, analysis, and project execution to meet business objectives. You will work with Line of Business (LOB) and/or Center of Excellence (COE) HR leads to coordinate data projects, compile and reconcile data, perform quantitative analyses, develop insights and create reports. You will also provide project management and analytical support to assigned projects with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.

What you will do in this role:

• Compiles data and metrics, and reconciles data for monthly results, HR analytics, and other target projects.
• Creates data reports and performs quantitative analyses to support HR; measures the value of HR activities, contributions and results. Analyzes trends in HR Metrics
• Using a variety of reporting or analytics tools, develops insights and correlations from data
• Using Excel and PowerPoint, creates professional MORs, standard and ad hoc reports
• Assists in the facilitation of data socialization to validate accuracy and insights, identify performance opportunities and process improvements, including identification of best demonstrated practices.
• Contributes to development of recommendations for data changes or process improvements based on evidence to implement standard practices.
• Plans, implements and oversees special projects to ensure the effective delivery of Division and Group wide HR Services. In this capacity, uses and complies with project management standards, tools, and protocols as defined by the HR Strategy & Operations COE
• Structures and prepares materials for review, brainstorming, design, and development sessions.
• Develops written and verbal communications and presentations
• Develops reports to support HR Operations; measures the value of HR activities, contributions and results. Analyzes trends in HR Metrics
• Researches and analyzes HR trends and policies, making recommendations where appropriate.
• Recommends ideas to improve HR efficiency within the scope of the HR strategy and model.

What you should have for this role:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in relevant work experience in HR Services
• 1+ year of experience in HR, Data and / or project management
• Experience in data compilation, analysis, data management, project management and consultative leadership
• This is a work from home position
