Finger Lakes Premier Properties is seeking a skilled photographer to join our team. The Staff Photographer assists the Marketing Department by taking and producing visual content to be used across multiple platforms. Visual content includes still real estate photography, Matterport (virtual tour), drone photography, along with some video content. The Staff photographer is accountable for property images on FLPPLake.com for both real estate and vacation rental properties. This is a year-round part-time position with more full-time hours in the spring through fall.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

These duties can be performed with or without an accommodation:

Marketing Support:

· Reviews property photography on FLPPLake.com, providing recommendations and execution plans for enhancing property imagery.

· Coordinates photo shoots for vacation rental listings with our Guest Services, Housekeeping Departments and Owner Services Departments.

· Travels to the homes around the Finger Lakes to complete full interior and exterior photo shoot, including virtual tours and drone photography. This includes setting up, staging, taking down, and securing the homes. Some light housekeeping may be required.

· Loads, edits, and web optimizes photos using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.

· Optimizes and uploads photos to FLPPlake.com, ensuring quality and speed of sight are preserved.

· Reports updated photos to department managers and track all photo sessions.

· Provides support to Marketing Department for social media engagement activities.

· Supports Marketing Initiatives with producing property videos.

· Uploads all property photos, videos and b-roll footage to FLPP server.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accomplishes all other duties and tasks as appropriately assigned or requested.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

· Experience as a professional photographer.

· Experience with managing a website, preferred.

· Experience with social media marketing, preferred.

· Proficient with Nikon or Canon DSLR cameras, including off camera flash.

· Has or is willing to complete FAA Drone License Program (cost is covered by the company)
