We are enthusiastically seeking all-star High Volume Recruiters. The ideal candidate will have the ability to travel up to one hour radius from our location in Normal, IL. Candidate must be able to professionally represent our company to prospective candidates for specified market and other areas as requested by Management. Candidate must be outgoing, great with time management, source resumes, interview applicants by telephone, email, in person, or by other means for the purpose of filling all positions or to build a pool of approved candidates. Recruiter must schedule and structure interviews, document responses and record as required, and assist candidates and other interviewers with the process.
Essential Functions
Analyze staffing needs and develop a recruiting plan for market
Source resumes for local candidates and network or passive candidates (conduct reverse searches and email campaigns)
Set up and conduct phone screens, face-to-face, video interviews
Assure all candidate info and interview notes are properly recorded
Participate in communication with other company recruiters
Request guidance from Human Resources as needed
Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their application
Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities
Assist with new hire paperwork, interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations
Ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed
Must be willing to work 10-12 hours a day up to 6-7 days per week
Ability to travel within a 1+ hour radius from Normal,
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Strong computer skills desired, proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel
A history of being dependable and reliable
Basic math, reading, and comprehension skills
Strong team leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills
Take responsibility for a thorough and detailed method of working
Ability to identify problems and issues of varying complexities and to find effective solutions with few guidelines
Work as a productive member of a team toward a common goal and contributing to team development
Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s license
Ability to travel to the customer location on short notice
Performs on-call duties
Have open availability
Experience in handling customer and employee relations
Ability to work assigned hours based on customer needs
Ability to work flexible schedule up to 10-12 hours per day, 7 days per week if needed
Fluency in written and spoken Spanish preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
