ARCpoint Labs is a leading provider of screening and wellness solutions to consumers and employers. We are seeking a Supervisor | Phlebotomist for our new Braintree office. The Supervisor | Phlebotomist is responsible for overseeing all aspects of office and lab operations. The person in this position is responsible for providing excellent service to our clients, support and mentoring our staff, and a relentless focus on continuous improvement. Initial training will be conducted out of our Woburn office.

Candidates must have 2+ years of phlebotomy experience and 1+ years of management experience.

HOURS & BENEFITS
The Phlebotomist|Site Lead position is a non-exempt role. The hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. These hours may vary and occasionally include weekend & after-hours support on a rotating basis. This position is eligible for an annual performance bonus, subject to meeting key performance metrics and company performance. The company also provides a 401(k) plan, an employee assistance program, a telemedicine program and paid time off.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performing blood draws, specimen collections, insurance exams, breath alcohol testing
- Supports company operations by maintaining office systems & procedures and staffing.
- Manages staff hiring, onboarding, coaching and scheduling.
- Provides quarterly performance reviews to staff.
- Assists in onboarding and supporting new & existing clients.
- Defines, documents and assures adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintains lab testing equipment.
- Actively seeks opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Establishes standards, systems and training to minimize process errors. Performs root cause analysis and implements corrective actions.
- Regularly meets with staff to discuss updates, gather feedback and recognize team contributions.
- Independently problem solves with minimal support.
- Meets key performance indicators for customer satisfaction.
- Monitors inventory levels and re-orders as needed.
- Disposes of expired inventory in accordance with lab policies.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Experience
- 2+ years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric draws
- 1+ years of management experience
- 1+ years experience in a patient service center (or similar)
- Working knowledge of Windows and Office applications
- Flexible schedule based on staffing needs, including after-hours support
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
- Potential travel to other locations

Preferred Experience
- Medical assistant or EMT training
- Conversational Spanish

Education & Licensing
- Minimum of high school diploma

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
