Transportation Specialist

The Transportation Specialist will perform a wide range of activities and will take the lead over the customer experience team within the department. The Specialist will be the single point of contact for Transportation customers and will work closely with program stakeholders to ensure a holistic customer experience approach. He/she will also work closely with the Transportation Demand Manager to drive program wide communication campaigns and engagement, promoting clean and sustainable transportation alternatives.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.

· Strong skills in short-term planning, analysis, problem-solving, and customer service.

· Expert user of communications applications (content management systems for websites), and general computer software (MS Office).

· Experience developing communications campaigns, including writing campaign content, and managing distribution channels (newsletters, website, social media).

· Experience working in a customer service-oriented organization. Experience responding to customer issues and concerns.

What we offer:

• Salary range up to $149,000; hiring range is $95,000-$110,000 DOQ
