Job Description :

Respected and well-established health care organization is seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee and lead the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) and Licensed Home Care Service Agency (LHCSA).

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Directing, managing and overseeing the ongoing operations and processes of the established Certified Home Health Care Agency and Licensed Home Care Service Agency (LHCSA).
  • Maintain regulatory compliance with New York State Department of Health, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), OMIG, OIG, CDC, OSHA, etc. for both CHHA and LHCSA.
  • Meeting with ownership and stakeholders to discuss operations and coordinate future goals.
  • Ensuring high levels of ongoing quality patient care and services
  • Oversee budgets and financial reports.
  • Create strategic goals and direct employees toward achieving the agency and parent company’s financial goals as well as its vision, mission and values.
  • Participating in industry-related events or associations that will enhance the CEO's leadership skills, the organization's reputation, and the organization's potential for success.
  • Explore growth opportunities to move operations to higher levels of productivity and financial success.

The preferred candidate will present with:

  • A proven track record of senior level leadership and operational experience in CHHA, LHCSA, MLTCP or related Health Care service provision.
  • Hands-on knowledge of CHHA & LHCSA New York State, Local and Federal regulations as well as CMS, OIG, OMIG, CDC and OSHA mandates for each entity.
  • The ability to successfully manage internal and patient-facing healthcare departments.
  • The ability to assess budget allocation on a per-department basis.
  • The ability to correspond effectively with ownership, healthcare professionals, employees and vendors to collectively promote smooth and productive goal driven operations.
  • The ability to publicly address and inform groups of healthcare staff members.
  • Knowledge of and the ability to correctly use current effective technology, including any computers, tablets, phones, and online software platforms to accomplish the goals of the agency.
  • The ability to identify and solve problems timely.

The preferred candidate will present with

  • ·A proven track record of at least 4 years of senior executive level leadership and operational experience in CHHA, LHCSA, MLTCP or a combination of each needed for success.

Salary base

$275, 000

· Highly Negotiable with Bonus Package for the experienced candidate

Education

  • Bachelors level required
  • Master's level a plus
  • Professional License a Plus: RN, PT, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $275,000.00 per year
