The ideal candidate should have experience processing Accounts Payable, to include expense coding, approvals, data entry, verifying accuracy, processing weekly check selections, ACH and credit card payments.
The Accounting Specialist will work with the accounting team to assist in multi-location month end and annual closing processes in accordance with GAAP.
Requirements include an associate degree with an emphasis in accounting and 2 to 3 years of experience with accounting responsibilities through trial balance; preferably for a midsized business, preferred.
