Role:

You have an incredibly important role at the Botanical Co! You build patient relations, teach others about all the different forms of cannabis, and drive sales for the company.

Responsibilities:

-Greets customers warmly when they enter the sales floor.

-Advises recreational customers and medical patients on suitable cannabis products based on preferences, needs, habits, and medical conditions.

--Maintains deep product knowledge while staying abreast of trends available on the market.

-Processes customer payments using the Point of Sale system.

-Correctly weighs, packages, and labels cannabis products.

-Takes current inventory of cannabis products and ensures that the sales floor is adequately stocked.

-Responsible for sales and customer experience by maintaining a tidy, safe, and inviting store environment.

-Promote a work environment that is compliant with established policies and procedures customer-service oriented.

Requirements/Experience

• At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in cannabis or another regulated industry
• Must maintain a clean and professional appearance while in our customer-based environment or representing our brand
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach and move about the store with the ability to lift and carry up to 20lbs
• 21+ years of age, only
• Must be able to pass a background check
• High school diploma/GED
• Sound knowledge of cannabis products and their medical benefits.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service standards.
