Ability to communicate RFI's effectively and manage a RFI log and report to management delays in answering, change order requirements and project delays.

CPA or desire to obtain a CPA license preferred. Administrative duties including photocopying, filing, preparing, organizing, and maintaining accounting

Perform mechanic skills including but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair. Ability to push/pull frequently.

Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Newly hired drivers earn 80 hours of vacation after one year. Short and long term disability.

Responsibilities also include preparing pleadings and court filings, extensive client contact, preparing discovery requests and responses, occasionally assist
