Responsibilities

  • Liaise with VP to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
  • Represent the core values of Black Flag in all that happens.
  • Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress.
  • Supervise security staff with compassion and ownership in mind and provide constructive feedback to assist in the development of leaders inside the company.
  • Apply Extreme Ownership to not only themselves but with the officers as well.
  • Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements after approval from VP of Operations
  • Manage equipment allocation for sites.
  • Oversee Client support processes and organize them to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Set up regular trainings for the officers.
  • Manage relationships with the clients.
  • Evaluate overall performance of the field and guide the supervisors on how to better each location.
  • Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.

· Implement and maintain integrity of the Black Flag Security field operations.

· Provide direction to the Security officers to ensure compliance with Black Flag regulations.

· Maintain a two-week schedule submitted to HR for publishing.

· Liaison with administration and security officers and police authorities to ensure consistency with the delivery of quality service and operational integrity as well as an integrated security services response capability.

· Conduct site inspections to determine training requirements and prepare special presentations for the security awareness program.

· Provide direction and guidance to the Officers about security issues.

· Ensure that BFF officers comply with security regulations, policies, and guidelines.

· Uses risk management techniques to advise on protecting people and property at locations.

· Coordinate in-depth investigations of security incidents with appropriate authorities.

· Maintain current knowledge of the appropriate acts and regulations affecting the site to determine the officers remain in compliance.

· Liaison with all resource staff (security service personnel) and with outside entities to ensure smooth operations.

· Acts as site coordinator to monitor the site emergency plans and procedures.

· Assist in the planning, coordination and conducting of security and emergency exercises. Assist in the monitoring exercises; prepare reports and debriefings identifying deficiencies, training needs and recommendations.

· Review / forecast capital requirements, recommending projects, and preparing project briefs as required.

Job requirements include:
10 years or more of armed Security, Military, Law Enforcement, or Correctional experience is required;
High school diploma or general education degree (GED);

Knowledge of Internet programs, Word Processing software, and other software as required;
State of Tennessee Armed Security Officer License;
Valid Drivers' License (Vehicle operators must have a driving record with no more than one moving violation);
CPR/AED/First Aid Certification preferred;
Chemical Deterrent, Taser, Handcuffing certification preferred.
