Candidates must possess the above qualities as well as proven performance as a bank leader. Responsible for overall leadership and management of bank performance, including direct responsibility for commercial lending and credit, as well as collaborative responsibility for retail and private banking. Lead bank team to perform at a high level related to overall delivery of sales and service, expense and credit controls, community leadership, and meeting financial and compliance standards. This position works with all levels within the organization and builds strong working relationships.
