Family owned boat rental company in Tavernier (Upper Florida Keys) looking for responsible, reliable people that are looking for full time or part time work !

We are a family owned upscale boat rental company. We are looking for friendly, competent, hard working individuals preferably with boating experience, that love the idea of working outdoors in the Florida Keys.

We have immediate openings for dockhands.

DOCKHANDS DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING :

• Reviewing safety equipment and waivers with clients
• Cleaning, docking and refueling boats
• Putting customers out on boats
• Answering any questions customers may have
• Helping the customer to plan their day on the water
• Helping upkeep the boats
• Etc.

The applicant for this job must have:

• Very good boating skills
• Mechanical ability (preferred)
• Customer service skills and experience
• Communication skills
• Must enjoy working with people!!
• Etc.

You will be required to already possess or to acquire a Florida Boaters Safety Card through completion of the online course (4-6 Hours) and you will also need to take the FWC Livery test and obtain a livery certificate. (30 minute test).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Weekend availability
