We are currently seeking a Fixed Operations Manager to join our growing team. The Fixed Operations Manager will be in charge of overseeing the production, procurement and preparation of service and parts business. They will be responsible for ensuring that all clients have been assited and updated in accordance of General Motors listings for superior customer satisfation. They will also be responsible for internal and warranty sales and benchmarks.

• Maintain daily operations in relation to objectives.
• Maintain the work quality standards in excess of General Motors standards.
• Review output of production daily to ensure that it is consistent with established regulations, standards, and procedures.
• Inspect and approve the quality of products before they leave the facility.
• Conduct regular audits of workers' performance to ensure they are meeting production goals.
• Ensure that quality control procedures are being followed to ensure that products are consistently meeting standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
