As a well-established private duty senior homecare agency, we are seeking a human resources professional with both experience in HR and the desire to help seniors stay safe in their homes. Key responsibilities:

• Screen, interview, onboard and evaluate employees to identify and nurture talent
• Develop, maintain, and maximize job postings on multiple sites
• Create innovative ways to retain and reward employees
• Seek ways to leverage technology to improve the employee experience
• Select training modules and track in-service learning
• Stay up to date on state and federal regulations and carry them out
• Ensure documents are collected and tracked and all HR files are complete
• Contribute to the organization’s goals through excellent delivery of HR strategies
• Coordinate payroll changes and annual open enrollment of benefits
• Complete background checks and maintain confidential files
• Qualifications:
• At least 1.5 year of relevant experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to effectively coach and council front-line employees and resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Experience with applicant tracking systems a plus
• Ability to use and learn technology in support of hiring, onboarding, and employee file maintenance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
