Duties:

• Create drawings for each of the vessels in Acrylic area, detail out values and cooling /stream supply.
• Work with maintenance to update valve tags where we currently have none. Detail out valve numbers on the drawings.
• Work with operators to create detailed SOP’s for each piece of equipment- the intent is to be able to have anyone perform the job just using the SOP, drawings and manufacturing instructions.
• Update manufacturing instructions based on notes provided from operators.
• Create manufacturing instructions for each reactor.
• Create same processes for other areas including PUD, Jan San and Floor finish.

Computer skills- Word, Visio, AutoCad
Able to trace piping.
