Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) searching for a new career opportunity? You will support our residents and work hand-in-hand with our already wonderful team of compassionate and enthusiastic caregivers.

Your Job

• Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect
• Responsible for the planning, coordination, and assurance of quality care services to residents
• Provide nursing care within your scope of practice
• Possess reliable transportation and the ability to be on time to assigned shifts
• Work cooperatively with health care team members to maintain established standards of care
• Perform appropriate segments of the prescribed medical regime for an assigned group of patients
• Complete other duties at the discretion of management

• Currently licensed in the state of IL (LPN)
• A professional team-player with a commitment to maintain a reliable shift history
