Goodhue Boat Company is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This highly qualified individual will assist with existing marketing campaigns as well as contribute to the development of new initiatives that align with the company’s core values and goals. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including social media, event planning, and digital marketing, as well as a passion for boats and lake life.

Responsibilities:

· Create and edit social media content for the company’s 4 locations

· Assist in managing and monitoring the company’s social media presence

· Research and assist with implementing marketing and social media trends aligned with the company’s mission, goals, and core values

· Assist in coordinating events, conferences, and trade shows for the company’s 4 locations

· Research, write, and publish weekly blog content

· Create and manage overall website content including but not limited to banners, graphics, and copy

· Assist in maintaining internal communications with necessary departments

· Assist in analyzing data to identify consumer trends and behaviors

· Support the Marketing Manager in evaluating and implementing the annual marketing plan and strategy by setting campaign objectives and tracking relevant KPIs

· Assist with creating relevant and engaging email content

· Assist in managing website inventory and content

· Conduct research to identify new marketing opportunities and maximize media coverage

· Assist in strengthening the company’s overall brand awareness through community involvement

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

· Proven working experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role

· Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite

· Creative mind with great written and verbal communication skills

· Project management experience

· Strong time-management and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work as a team or independently

Salary:

· $20.00/hour

· Part-Time, year-round position.
