Responsibilities of the Medical Assistant

• Greet and room patients
• Take basic vitals
• Perform EKG’s and place heart monitors
• Check phone messages and schedule appointments
• Prep charts

Required Qualifications of the Medical Assistant

• 2+ years of recent Medical Assistant experience required
• Cross-training in front and back-office duties required
• Cardiology experience preferred
• Medical Assistant diploma or certificate required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Compensation and Schedule for the Medical Assistant

Medical Assistant – Full-time, $20-$23 per hour, Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Join a positive work environment in a busy medical office!
