Roberts Health Centre is an upscale, a family owned, 66 Bed Skilled Nursing facility, located in North Kingstown RI, directly across from the Train Station and North Kingstown Walmart. We are currently looking for skilled RN to become a part of our facility's compassionate care-giving team as a Nurse Manger.

Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight and direction to clinical team throughout the building assisting the team with tasks as needed.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff and business partners.
• Assist with reviewing and developing care plans as needed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly to physicians and families.
• Assisting with daily auditing and QAPI projects per the direction of the Director of Nurses.
• Will be familiar with MDS and infection control practices.
• Other special projects and duties, as assigned.
