HTS is now hiring an Occupational Therapist at our partner senior living communities located in Fort Wayne. The OT in this position will complete evaluations, recertifications, progress notes and discharges at a beautiful continuing care retirement facility with a 5 star rating from Medicare. The OT will be asked to cover evaluations and supervisory visits at other facilities in Fort Wayne and Leo when the schedule allows.

• Full-time or part-time options.
• Primarily Monday to Friday but weekends are an option if desired.

Requirements

Applicants must have active Indiana Occupational Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
