Midwest Solar Installers, a fast-growing solar company, is looking for a part time accounting associate to assist with accounts payables.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and schedule payments
• Communicate with employees and vendors about any discrepancies
• Monthly statement reconciliation
• Maintain vendor accounts and add new vendors as needed
• Assist with month end reporting as needed
• Some clerical work

Requirements

• AA or BS/BA in Accounting or relevant work experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver quality work under strict timelines
• Proficient in Excel

This is a 20-hour PT weekly position, onsite in our Cedar Falls, Iowa office.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
