Join Pro Rehab, an established Rehab company with over 32 years of successful business. We are looking for a full time Physical Therapist to join our staff at Haven Homes, a newer TCU in Maple Plain with an Assisted Living community attached. This position would require the PT to cover evaluations, discharges, treatment help. Caseloads will consist of Transitional Care, Skilled Care patients and some Outpatients. Physical Therapist Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Must possess a current MN Physical Therapist License
• Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care.
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
