• Experience with quality assurance process expertise to include QMS, quality control, documentation, audit, customer complaints, testing, validation, etc
• Familiarity with core tools like advanced product quality planning (APQP) and Control Plans

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Create and improve automated systems and processes
• Support the installation of both mechanical and controls upgrades
• FEMA, PPAP, APQP and RMA’s
• Conduct cost-analysis to determine advantages of system improvements
• Research and implement new machinery and controls
• Corrective action
• Coordinate with specialist departments on the mechanical design of smart devices
• Document all technical procedures and user guides
• Familiarity with intelligent and industrial systems
• Familiarity with CAD or other related software
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Willow Springs, MO: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• ISO 9001: 1 year (Preferred)
