  • This position works 100% on-site at our client’s Exton, PA headquarters.
  • This is a full-time permanent role with our client (not a contract).

What You Will Do

  • Perform inspection of all incoming material
  • Perform in-process and final inspections
  • Work with QA Management to plan and prioritize projects
  • Suggest improvements to departmental procedures to improve efficiency
  • Coordinate supply base and third parties to sort, rework or otherwise remedy components, assuring compliance to requirements and ongoing production
  • Perform inspections of electrical components incl. resistors, capacitors, diodes, and integrated circuits
  • Perform mechanical inspection using micrometers, calipers, indicators, height gages, optical comparators, coordinate measuring machines and various other tool
  • Perform in-process inspections of printed wiring assemblies to IPC-A-610 standards and harnesses to IPC-A-620 standards
  • Perform other inspections including glass, paint, chemicals, STC installation kits, and printed wiring boards
  • Perform final inspection of products data packs, ID plates, and revision levels
  • Perform calibration of mechanical and electrical tools both internally and externally

What You Bring To This Role

  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • Must be able/willing to work 100% on-site in Exton, PA
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment,
  • Experience working with electronic packaging is required
  • Working knowledge of QC systems like ISO9001/AS9100, 14 CFR P-21, SPC, TQM, etc.
  • Working knowledge of J-STD-001 and IPC A-610
  • Experience and proficiency with MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, & instructions
  • Must be able to input data into spreadsheets and databases
  • Familiar with mil-spec/industry equivalent workmanship requirements
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
