POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an intern to support our Corporate Quality Group. This position will provide exposure to quality documents, standard operating procedures, quality manuals and supplier documentation. The experience will provide the opportunity for cross-functional teamwork, value add projects, and ability to gain experience within a solid organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Renovate the quality document control SharePoint site, working with IT to link important information to our company intranet. Increase the usability and functionality of the site.
• Restructuring Quality Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), updating, writing, and defining the procedures.
• Support updating the quality policy manual.
• Work with the Supply Quality Group to upload and organize supplier documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to systematically organize and strong project skills.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented and organized with ability to multi-task and manage deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (especially with IT).
• Proficient in MS applications
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in one of the following areas: Science, Technology, or Computer related degrees
