Innovation Labs (iLabs) is an innovative skincare / cosmetic research & manufacturing company. We are currently seeking a front desk Receptionist to join our team.

Primary / Key Essential Functions and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
 Data entry
 File Maintenance
 Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
 Direct clients and visitors to the appropriate person or office
 Take detailed messages
 Maintain supply inventory and place orders
 Assist with administrative tasks
 Greeting all guest in a warm manner
 Mail distribution
 Assist with organizing company event

Education and/or Experience and Qualifications
 1-2 years of experience in an office setting or customer service preferred
 Excellent communication skills
 Versed in Microsoft Office Suite
 Ability to maintain a profession appearance at all times

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
