We are seeking an exceptional, highly motivated, skilled, and engaging professional to fill our Receptionist position in our fast paced, and demanding environment.

When You'll Work:

Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm (95% remote Eastern Time Zone preferred)

Position Overview:

The Receptionist position is primarily responsible for providing support with the daily activities of CHOICES International including creating office related processes, serve as a liaison between clients/clinicians/vendors and CHOICES, telephone coverage, appointment scheduling, client communication, billing, general office duties, and inventory management

The Front Desk Receptionist position is primarily responsible for providing support with the daily activities of CHOICES International including telephone coverage, appointment scheduling, client communication, minor billing, general office duties, and inventory management

What You’ll Do:

Serve as “front line” employee who supports the entire CHOICES International staff, to include upper management, clinicians, clients, vendors, etc.

Responsibilities include the following:

Front Office Duties

  • Responsible for greeting all clients/clinicians/visitors
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including filing, word-processing, photocopying, mailing, faxing and managing all phone inquiries
  • Create and maintain an organized filing system
  • Maintain office supplies and manage
  • Perform minor accounting and bookkeeping
  • Work effectively in office or from home

Internal and External Communication

  • Schedule, organize and arrange logistics for all meetings, conference calls, video teleconferences and training
  • Scheduling timely client appointments with qualified clinicians
  • Review and screen all incoming correspondence, responding and routing as necessary
  • Coordinate complex activities between departments and outside parties
  • Work effectively in office or from home

  • Minimum of 1 year of office experience in an office setting as a receptionist
  • High School Diploma required

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
