This position may require access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). The Wilton Factory holds a department that is responsible for Operations continuous and structural improvements, related to ways of working, processes and IT tooling. For the larger and/or more complex improvements a project lead is assigned who scopes, plans, budgets, executes/drives and reports on the project. Typically these are cross departmental improvements (e.g. cross D&E, logistics, planning, production engineering, manufacturing).
