Responsible for menu, cooking, prepping, and ordering food for a local eatery. Currently a higher end bar and grill with mostly handheld on the menu, we are not opposed to someone wanting to change our current menu and making it their own. We have an indoor seating capacity of 70 for meals and during the summer months our outdoor seating could make that closer to 100. Must be able to stay calm in fast paced kitchen environment and be willing to work directly with others. Must be able to keep a clean and tidy work space. must be able to work independently as well as with a variety of personalities. This could be a part time or full time position with benefits for the right person.
