Job Description:

• The Special Education Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing each student’s educational goals and objectives according to their IEP
• This is a 10-month (school year) position which follows Massachusetts schools’ vacations and holidays

Job Requirements:

• We are looking for positive, energetic and flexible applicants that can complement Lighthouse’s amazing culture
• Patience, strong communication skills and a good sense of humor are strongly recommended to be successful in this role
• Licensed or eligible for licensure by MA DESE in Moderate Disabilities or Severe Disabilities
