Join our team-oriented, growing company to help our commercial and DoD customers modernize their challenged code and triple their productivity! In this role, you will manage clients’ configurations from inception to delivery all while ensuring security. You will participate in stand-ups & new feature implementation discussions, approve migration plans, document the configuration processes, review & update configuration management processes, and ensure compliance. This is a full-time, permanent position based onsite in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Work Location: Colorado Springs, CO – 100% on site

Security Clearance: Active Secret or within the last two years.

Must Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
  • Demonstrated background with Linux and Windows systems administration
  • Experience with automation/configuration management using scripts, Ansible, Puppet, Chef or an equivalent
  • Software development experience (i.e. Java)
  • Coding and scripting abilities (Bash, Powershell, etc.)
  • Build tools (Maven, Make, ANT, etc.)
  • Background using test suite management and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, or similar)
  • Working knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Work closely with development teams as SME to ensure deployable solutions that support best practices
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system and deployment issues
  • Familiarity with a wide variety of open-source technologies and cloud services
  • Ability to work in a team environment with rapidly changing customer requirements
  • Collaborative nature with the desire to work with users to solve problems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, effective written communication, and confidence with presentations

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) and/or GitLab
