Our company works with clinical home health care agencies that work with patients, mostly seniors, who have been recently discharged from hospitals or rehabs. Through our various products and services, we help seniors remain safely and comfortably in their homes for as long as possible. Among the services we provide to the agencies' patients are:

• Provide instant fall detection within the patient's home so that no one remains on the floor for hours, even days, before being discovered.
• Provide fall prevention through various products and services.
• Provide programs for maintaining and increasing mobility, balance, cognition and memory.
• Provide home modifications for safety and more comfort living at home

…and many others.

We also provide benefits directly to the agencies:

• Provide additional bottom line revenue from the products and services we provide to their patients
• Enable them to better qualify for hospital referrals of discharged patients

Your job will be to:

Hire, train and manage our support center that receives inbound calls for our products and services, answer questions, accept orders, AND...

Assist with routine daily office activities including communications with new and existing clients, and coordinating with our sales team. You will also work directly with our CEO. You must be proficient with MS Word and Excel, plus Zoom. Experience with one or more CRM platforms is a big plus. Please advise us of any other platforms with which you are familiar.

You will work in our Annapolis, MD office.

• You must be outgoing and personable and able to establish relationships over the phone and Zoom.
• Learn about the products and services we provide.
• You must be excellent at explaining the products and services we provide.
• You must be excellent at learning new technologies. (These are not complex technologies.)
• You should be experienced at using a CRM.
• In addition to working with agency employees, you may be called on to work directly with consumers who are patients/clients of the agency.
• An understanding of clinical and non-clinical home health care agencies is a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
